TNTCamp(TNT) Sport Performance Camp – Pacific Sport Okanagan

The TNT camp provides support and guidance for athletes in the Train-to-Train (ages 12-17) stage of the LTAD who are looking to take performance and training to new levels. This training program begins with an initial assessment and testing which then leads into more specific sport education sessions aimed at supporting existing training programs. Athletes will have additional weekly training sessions that will introduce new training modalities/components led by a team of our sport performance experts. At the conclusion of the program, the athletes will revisit the assessment and testing component to receive feedback on the effectiveness of their training.
